Role Summary

  • Provide support to Project and Program Management
  • Work on a range of tracking, coordinating, documentation and issues management activities across the SLF PM life cycle
  • Assist with Release and Change Management for Digital Business Automation Services Team (DBAS)
  • Assist with intake and planning, scheduling, Change Management and Business Communication as it relates to Release Management and Change Management

Unique Requirements: 


Core Responsibility

  • Prepare and manage Release schedules
  • Actively participate in the review, creation, and management of risks – in collaboration with the Release Manager
  • Support the actions/decisions from the release touch point calls
  • Produce monthly Release communication (ex. details around the scope of each release, implementation notices)
  • Support to ensure that all necessary documentation (deployment plans) are attached to Change tickets 
  • Manage DBAS weekly Change management meeting to ensure all change tickets have been approved. Escalate when necessary.
  • Represent DBAS in weekly Corporate Change Management meetings to discuss changes and ensure other changes are not impacting the DBAS Platforms
  • Support the program/project manager in the development of project plans and project-related artifacts 
  • Manage all activities related to tracking of effort/actuals/cost on the project
  • Assist Project Manager in preparing cost/benefit analyses and business case diligence 
  • Support the entire project team with various tasks to ensure project execution which will include being accountable in the execution/management of project subtasks 
  • Assist the Project Manager & Program Director in tracking, monitoring and following up on appropriate risk management practices throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assist the Project Manager & Program Director to ensure that change, acceptance and approval management is proactive and effective on all projects.
  • Ensure that appropriate processes, tools and techniques are used by the project teams. Apply and communicate processes and project management methodology and templates, contributing to continuous process improvements
  • Assist the Project Manager in effectively and consistently delivering project status reporting updates on project accomplishments against milestones
  • Manage the Central Database Repository for all Projects within scope of the Project/Program assigned
  • Will act as the point of escalation to off-shore team
  • Gather and compile data required for presentation as well as prepare presentation documents/material
  • Assist the Project Manager with the preparation of project meetings e.g. scheduling, 
  • Assist with the preparation of material for the integration of new team members


Minimum Qualification

  • BE, B. Tech. or MBA (IT) from a reputed institute.

Industry Experience

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in Project coordination & reporting and some understanding of the Project Management terms
  • Any Release or Change Management exposure would be a plus
