Job Summary:


As the Assistant Company Secretary, you will liaison and co-ordinate with the Market Regulators, Market 


Intermediaries and Investors. Also, you’ll be responsible for ensuring time-based and event-based 


compliances of the Equity Listed entity within deadlines. You’ll be assisting the Company Secretary 


in preparing of Notices, Agenda, Minutes and supporting documents for the Board/Committee/Shareholder’s 


meetings and support in day-to-day secretarial activities.

legal activities of the entity.


Key Job Responsibilities include:


Investor Relations:


  • Assistance in convening and organising Board / Committee / General meetings
  • Ensure meeting quarterly / HY / Annual / event based compliances in timely manner
  • Effective follow-ups with consultants, Regulators, intermediaries, auditors
  • Preparing and maintaining various statutory registers / files / documents as applicable
  • Working closely with the RTA and Depositories for Share transfer/transmission/name deletion
  • Drafting responses to statutory notices / communications from Regulators / Stock Exchanges
  • Recording and maintaining Minutes of the Meetings of the Board / Committee / Shareholder’s
  • Resolution of Investor Greivances as and when received
  • Preparation of Director’s Report, MDA Report, BR Report & CG Report of the Company
  • Dissemination of information and disclosures to Public via Stcok Exchanges and Company Website
  • Co-ordinate with and assist our internal dept.s for routine requirements


Legal Department:


  • Maintaining the custody of original documents related to various properties and legal cases
  • Appear before Magistrate / Court(s) for legal matters of the Company, as and when needed
  • Coordinate with Counsels / Advocates for updates on live cases
  • Drafting response to Statutory notices received from authorities
  • Drafting/reviewing/vetting agreements with Consultants/Vendors/Suppliers/etc.
  • Assisting in Notarization work


You have:


  • Membership of the Institute of the Company Secretaries of India (December 2021)
  • Over two years of experience in handling Secretarial Work of Listed entity (2020-present)
  • Bachelor’s degree of Bcom. (Major in Corporate Affairs & Administration) (June 2020)
  • Completed 24 Month’s Management Training in CCIL (2018-2020)
