Our client is looking to hire an experienced Finance Associate to join their existing top-notch team.

The Finance manager is expected to analyse every day financial activities and provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans. The role will entail the candidate to be at the core of all major business decisions and is crucial to their success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Financial Control, accounts and compliances
  • Work closely with current in-house accounts team to drive accounting/invoicing/payments/accounts payables & receivables, compliances/Month closing process / Order to Cash Process
  • Team management – Work closely with our legal advisors, auditors and company secretary teams and ensure timely, appropriate actions and compliances across these functions including interfacing with statutory authorities and regulators
  • Responsible in automation of the finance function using the latest tech tools for invoicing/payment structures/contracts etc
  • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual MIS data and reports and build out reporting systems
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
  • Business Finance and digitization
  • Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modelling forecasts across sales & marketing functions and senior company leadership
  • Front end the company with our existing and future institutional investors
  • Support management in preparing and reporting out all company financials/MIS, forthcoming plans and other financial reports requested by the investors from time to time
  • Financial forecast – Prepare and monitor Financial Budgets / Working Capital/ Financial reports for interpreting key information
  • Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests
  • Spearhead digitization initiatives of the finance function with the other internal stakeholders
  • Stakeholder management – Work closely with Investors/ CEO/ CFO/ CRO/ HR and other internal Stakeholders for providing information/ clarifications

Qualifications and other requirements :

  • A qualified Chartered Accountant with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in accounting and/or financial analysis and deep knowledge of financial reporting
  • Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
  • Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners and investors
  • Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Should have worked in an environment, where there is a lot of focus on data/MIS and should have the ability to build reporting systems in the company
  • Should have a exposure to dealing with senior management and external stakeholders in a matrix environment
