About the Role:

As a Business Program Manager (MSME Digital Banking) you are expected to define and drive program scope for IndusInd bank MSME digital portfolio of products. As end-to-end owner, you will work with sales, marketing, product, partnerships, customer success, finance and analytics teams to improve internal efficiency on these lines of businesses. 

This role calls for an individual to highlight strong data analytical skills, capability to go multi-layer to understand root-causes, work through ambiguity to define organization level programs, drive scale through automation, display decision making to drive business goals. This role requires an individual to constantly innovate and learn thereby providing a steep learning curve, adding a fair amount of business skills to the individual. 

This role would report into Head of Growth for MSME business and would be responsible driving input and output metrics which impacts business P&L


Job Responsibilities:

Drive New Business Initiatives 

  • End to end Program Management of key strategic initiatives identified Partner with different functions within the organization – sales, operations, finance among others in deployment of the business initiatives identified
  • Execute R&R Contest for Acquisition & Cross sell

Program management & Execution

  • Defines and collects dashboards in line with updates how the project / operation is progressing
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns to define new process improvement opportunities along with the success matrix for measuring the impact of implemented idea. 
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs 
  • Be responsible for providing Weekly/Monthly MIS Reports on a timely basis to key stakeholders by leveraging digital tools (viz. Power Bl, Analytics, etc.) for business performance reporting, including dashboard of key metrics related to digital & other businesses

Business Planning and Analysis

  • Use statistical methods to identify areas for operational improvement and make suggestions for streamlining processes.
  • Manipulate data using data analysis tools to discover insights.
  • Strong analytics skills & able to do analysis based upon business requirements.
  • Proactively suggest changes to be made in the system/ tactics based upon his analysis.
  • Execute quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights
  • Mining of the existing portfolio in order to upsell correct product mix 
  • Support in long term strategic planning, annual business planning and reviews for the business

Education:

  • MBA / Bachelor’s Degree is required from Tier I institutes


Work Experience Requirement:

  • 5+ years’ experience of working in cross-functional programs, ideally including external and internal stakeholders
  • Proficient in Excel and SQL
  • Proven problem solving and project management skills
  • Demonstrable problem-solving, and analytical skills using data to drive decisions in a fast-paced business environment
  • Experience in analyzing very large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets in a B2B environment
