Provide expert support for CH -Tech Global Operations Command Centre Incident Resolution team
Change Managers are tasked with helping to manage the Technology Change Management Process.
Duties include approving changes, performing quality checks on change records and risk assessments, creating and maintaining reporting of the process and being able to conceive and work with Business Analysts to implement process improvements to the System of Record tool or to the change process or sub processes. Manage sub processes within the team which could include highly visible reporting to senior management and change coordinators. Management and support of technology change management sub processes with emphasis on metric and numeric analysis and reporting of overall Technology Change Management activity. – Provides technical process support within the technology organization. Create process standards and controls Will evaluate and/or review queries to extract data for process reporting Updates/writes documentation and procedures and provides related training – Works closely with internal service groups in creating change records or other types of support records – Analyses performance trends and recommends process improvements Assesses changes for risk to production systems and assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met – 5+ years’ experience and a working knowledge of Technology Change Management – Familiarity working with ITIL, Six Sigma or other process methodologies. – Familiarity with other ITSM disciplines – Working with Operational Risk teams. – Mathematical Principals Excellent and Advanced Excel and Reporting Tool capabilities – Service Now Experience which includes the ability to query and distribute reporting from these tools – Database Queries for the intent of reporting Self-Management – Strong Abilities of Time Management Working knowledge of Microsoft Products/Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Acces5, Visio) – Strong communication skills, analytical ability and the ability to work effectively with business partners, IT Leadership and Staff.
