#Hiring #ClientServicing! Yup! This one is for folks with up to a maximum of 2 years of experience. Don’t worry. This is not one of those job posts that expect 5 years of experience from freshers. Candidates with prior agency experience will have an added edge.

# Some knowledge of the B2E [Business to Employee] landscape #GoogleIt

# Understanding of social media platforms, content formats & analytics.

# A keen interest in psychology, sociology and consumer behavior #NotAfraidOfExcel

# Some experience either through an internship or part-time experience in managing and developing new client relationships within the full lifecycle of the account — from onboarding, ongoing account management, technical troubleshooting, to reporting.

# Being meticulous, detail oriented & focused in driving daily conversations and deliverables (internal & external)

Your Primary Responsibilities will include:

# Talking (mostly sense) to people! Like a lot! (Thinking for Social and Digital is a must too)

# Managing key projects with spotless execution in a diverse team.

# Cracking briefs (with a few brain-farts) and executing client projects independently.

# Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of projects.

# Maintain trackers, reports for client interaction, product/ service usage

# Driving and increasing value across existing clients.

# Planning, strategizing and execution of campaigns.

# Create monthly and quarterly reports to determine efficacy and meet KPIs.
