- Thorough knowledge and experience in complete Software Development Life Cycle (Planning till maintenance)
- Should have thorough understanding of Application Development (Android, iOS) & Web.
- Assist the Founder to identify and trouble shoot any product or service-related problem
- Provide strategies and road map to implement any change in the product development.
- Should be able to guide management on product execution, revenue models, different tactics, strategies and provide timely advise to troubleshoot issues and optimize growth of the business.
- Is a bridge between the Founder and the employees, vendors and different stakeholders; communicates, guides and executes the different initiatives.
- Keep the Founder well informed about the project’s status, issues, upcoming commitments and ensure unhindered execution of the various project deadlines.
- Should do extensive research and provide well-structured action plans to the different issues faced by the team members.
- Should have hands on experience with product development life cycle, Project Management, Business Strategy, Operations, Marketing and Budgeting. Understanding of HR, Finance, Marketing Management will be added advantage.
- Provide relevant reports and metrics to the Founder to track the business.
- Strong Product (Applications) Development Knowledge (Tech & Non-Tech)
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written) Hindi & English
- Experienced working in Start Ups
