Job Summary

DESCRIPTION

Leads Management team (part of the Amazon Merchant Services group) supports the International Sales teams in lead generation and lead qualification activities for the entire gamut of Amazon services. Leads management team works in collaboration with a Product development team to deliver high quality leads to the sales organizations across the globe.

As leads specialist you will

  • Work closely with the Account Management teams for existing sellers to manage opportunities for multiple Existing Seller Management programs.
  • Candidate should be able to handle the pressures of a dynamic environment and should be able to cope with the changes in SOPs and deliver timely results with high accuracy.
  • Assign leads (eligible sellers) using CRM platforms like Salesforce.
  • Support ad-hoc requests by stakeholders to upload referrals on the platform.
  • Interact with multiple internal stakeholders/business teams on a regular basis to drive execution.
  • Work relentlessly to improve existing processes and drive automation of tools.
  • Work autonomously and deal with ambiguity.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to learn new processes.
  • Be the point of contact for swift resolution of escalated Account Management team requests.
  • Maintain service levels defined per project and ensures consistent quality of delivery.
  • Have the ability to document processes and develop resources to capture knowledge on internal knowledge base.

Seeks feedback on qualification and assignments with a focus on improving quality.

  • Work to research, identify, evaluate, rationalize and propose business opportunities for Existing Seller Management.

Assists the Manager in gathering data and preparing reports for analysis.

  • Conduct Deep Dives to identify and rectify loopholes in the assignments processes.
  • Create Metrics for KPIs in the process.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (any stream) and 0 to 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Be technically proficient to understand and use software applications and on-line tools
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) applications
  • Excellent communication skills in written and oral with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and matured manner.
  • Interest in e-Commerce/Online business
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Passionate about delivering great customer experience.
  • Attention to detail and capabilities to work on different projects in parallel.
  • Creativity and Analytical problem solving skills, passionate about operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (any stream) and 0 to 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel (prior data mining experience a plus)
