Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
- Duties and Responsibilities – Constant engagement with B2B (CD DPF LSF) RCD business teams at field sales team & HO to drive Bajaj Pay QR deployment at Existing and new merchants through Merchant One App and Sales One App. Provide support and training to business teams for process download and issue resolution Travel to business location of B2B business for driving business and process training Aligning meeting with respective stakeholders for solution on business bottlenecks Reporting and daily report to reporting manager Should be capable of understanding field issues and convert them into actionable and improvements. Sales support through MS teams calls Whts app groupknowledge series Create business specific Reports on different parameters Monitoring Business Daily /weekly/Monthly /Quarterly conducting reviews along with Business teams to monitor the performance and taking corrective actions if business is not in line with set goals Monitoring the location NSM RSM ASM SM wise Penetration movement in order to have a full control over business Enhancements and capabilities download to business teams. Taking new initiatives to market which would require training and monitoring of matrices to measure success of initiatives. Identifying bottlenecks and raising the red flag
Required Qualifications And Experience
- Hands-on experience in business team engagement and driven business initiatives and project management would be highly preferred Worked in sales support domain Very strong with articulating and defining product specifications, user journeys and multiple use cases. Open to travel at different locations Comfortable with understanding systems and data analytics Strong bias for action & driving results in a high presentation and data performance environment. Should have excellent communication skills along with strong analytics skills. Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills. High level of proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
