Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordination between internal & external stakeholders (creative, product, sales team, design vendors) for delivery of marketing collaterals. Managing logistics & setup required for all offline marketing campaigns
  • Management & maintenance of branding material
  • Vendor Management: Scouting, onboarding & managing various vendors. Key coordinator for invoice clearance for external partners
  • Sourcing & merchandising various items required for execution of marketing campaigns. 
  • Inventory management of branding collateral and campaign related products
  • Lead execution of marketing events like exhibitions, melas, apartment complex activations etc. Work closely with the in-house marketing team to develop and help execute hyperlocal campaigns across the city. 
  • Creating a hiring plan for interns & freelance sales executives. Training & managing them to help execute customer activation campaigns. 
  • Other ad hoc tasks as and when required. 


  • An inherent drive to get things done. 
  • Good interpersonal skills. 
  • 0-2 years of experience BTL marketing or operations is a must. An understanding of the logistics required to execute brand building and BTL marketing activations, on-ground activities & promotional activities
  • Ability to think on your feet & make quick decisions with available information
  • Motivation to meet timelines despite everything and the ability to work under pressure
  • Experience in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Good spoken & written communication skills
  • Attention to detail. 
  • Willing to learn not only operations but also marketing and the other functions
  • Good to have:
    • Two wheeler driving and license is an added advantage
    • Ability to speak one or more regional languages, namely Hindi, Kannada, Telegu, Tamil or Malayalam
    • Background or interest in fashion design. 
    • Existing relationships & network in sourcing & merchandising.
