Regional Occupancy Planning Lead

What this job involves:


  • The position is of Regional OP Space Planning lead, will form a part of the regional team & expected to deliver space planning services for CRE strategies
  • Should be responsible for the data management and administration of the FMS Space Management System (SPACE) Including space data management, scenario planning, developing space program work zone management, system training, and maintaining data integrity. 
  • This position requires the coordination of the CAD and CAFM team efforts as well as working closely with local FM’s and Client Coordinators across the global client portfolio. 
  • Due to the global nature of this position the ability to utilize technology collaboration tools for communication is critical as well as the flexibility to adjust one’s schedule around global business hours due to differences in time zones. The work effort will be accomplished at the client’s Mumbai Site 5 days per week to attend key meetings, events, and interaction with other account team members, client business managers and client coordinators. 
  • Act as an ambassador for JLL, adopting and maintaining the firm’s core values of Teamwork, Ethics and Excellence

  • Proficient with Auto-cad, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. 
  • Excellent written and verbal skills. 
  • Ability to understand complex ideas and communicate those ideas to others on the account. 
  • Knowledge of CAFM software. 
  • Ability to solve problems individually and in a team setting. 
  • Ability to be self-motivated, proactive, and engaged player on the CRE regional team
  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, design, data management or related field with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a corporate environment. 
  • Strong knowledge of property operations
  • Playing a key role, the ideal candidate holds a degree in business, and at least three to five years’ experience in facilities management. You must also demonstrate good working in data management.
