Introduction

The role demands Technical Project management and thought leadership to achieve goals like efficient KTLO deliveries, stakeholder management and deliveries alignment

  • Assist with internal and external communication to improve transparency and broadcast information to the larger audience 
  • Technical Project Manager is typically the representative in the Technical discussion/meeting, and they pass information from that meeting back to the team/stakeholders. They often coordinate with the System Team, User Experience, Architecture, and Shared Services.
  • Champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for KTLO Project Management 
  • Manage project deliveries efficiently using Agile delivery model. 
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies 
  • Capable in providing consultancy, assistance and leadership in areas associated with various aspects of Delivery Management. 

What will you be doing?

  • Facilitates team meetings (cross platform/team discussions, Planning, Grooming, execution, implementation) within KTLO delivery/project 
  • Ensuring the impediments faced by the engineering teams are resolved with a sense of urgency 
  • Support the Product/ Platform Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance 
  • Produce Plans to help manage and implement complex interrelated KTLO projects from initiation to closure, managing financial budget to ensure maximum productivity and cost efficiency. 
  • Organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues while delivery planning for assigned projects 
  • Manage project deliveries efficiently using Agile delivery model. 

What We’re Looking For

  • Preferred Relevant certification – PMI-Project Manager, PMI-ACP, ICAgile or equivalent
  • Java/API, Application Development (Technical) experience in the earlier phase of the career 
  • Exposure to Collections business knowledge. 
  • Any experience of Cloud technologies
  • Strong background in Jira
  • Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile technique: Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Coding practices & automation 
  • DevOps principles
