Role Introduction 

We are looking for a self-starter, motivated to work in the area of Scrum Master. In this role, you will ensure timely deliverables of the releases and track the roadmap for multiple products, to meet the business objectives. You will also track budgets and operating plans at a Project level. You will be responsible for improving processes that result in better Productivity and Velocity. You will oversee and improve the requirements gathering, planning cycles, release management, and champion Agile processes.

What You Will Do

  • Maintaining and managing automated metric-based reports that will provide insight into Roadmap versus Release versus Sprint versus Engineering
  • Partner with Product Owner/ Product Manager/ Business Analyst to ensure seamless processes around requirement gathering and release management
  • Track day to day developments through scrum of scrums
  • Implement plan for improvements in Productivity and Velocity
  • Create and manage long term goals
  • Tracking budget and operating plan for the project
  • Developing an evaluation method to assess project strengths and identify areas for improvement
  • Managing a team with a diverse array of talent and responsibilities
  • Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
  • Implementing and managing changes and interventions, to ensure project goals are achieved
  • Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent, regarding project issues and decisions on services
  • Analyzing and mitigating risks

What You Will Have

  • Candidate should have 7-9 years of total experience 
  • Prior 2 experiences on a scrum team
  • Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
  • Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
  • Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not
  • Experience with successful Agile techniques
  • Ability to work with and lead a team
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
