Senior Manager II


Key responsibilities :- Region Head (AD)/Senior Manager II

  • Team management
    • Manage a set of High Performing S & BD managers/senior managers
    • manage Client service team
    • Cross Functional working with Operations, IT, Finance and HR
    • Training for Field sales team and KAM teams
  • P & L management
    • Own and manage P&L for the service line
    • Contribute to cost reduction and efficiency increase
  • Sales and Customer Acquisition
    • Prospect and build a Pipeline of new clients for Dropship and Inventory management Services
    • Reach out and pitch to them our services and onboard
    • Negotiate commercials, Pricing & ToT
    • Negotiate Contracts & SOPs
  • Account Management
    • Own P&L for portfolio managed
    • Track and improve key metrics like revenue, share of wallet growth, Operational Performance metrices
    • Reconciliation and Closure of shipments on time
    • Collection of Payments on time
    • Drive customized solves for supply chain partners by working closely with Product/Planning/Ops/Design teams
    • Engage at high level with partners on business growth with periodic reviews
  • New partnerships
    • Scope the market, engage and build strong pipeline 
    • Work on the pricing with commercials team, negotiate and close deals with potential partners
    • Program manage the onboarding effort and take new accounts live
  • New product development
    • Work closely with product and design teams in understanding supply chain capabilities in B2C, B2B, warehousing etc
    • Build business cases, push for buy in from internal stakeholders, and take to market a fully packaged competitive offering
    • Lead initiatives internally to improve key fulfillment related metrics


Key responsibilities :- Key Account Management Head (SM1)

  • New Account Acquisition & Service extension
    • Reach out to & close commercials and contracts and onboard new clients (New enterprise & Tier 1 clients)
    • Guide Sales executives in new client acquisition 
    • Cross sell/Upsell new service tiers to existing clients & new clients & increase share of revenue
  • Account Management
    • Own P&L for portfolio managed
    • Track and improve key metrics like revenue, share of wallet growth
