Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform SEO audits & keyword research – determine target keywords per page based on current keyword ranking & performance, local keyword demand and competitor analysis. Identify gaps in content or potential ranking keywords. 
  • Regular monitoring of D&I content – Ensure content is following SEO best practices, from on-page content to technical health, including keyword placement & frequency, content gap analysis, internal linking strategies, etc. Pinpoint weaknesses, gaps, and areas for improvement, as well as SEO wins & success cases. 
  • Regular competitor analysis to identify gaps in our content, visibility or missed keyword opportunities based on our competitor’s SEO strategies 
  • SEO Copywriting – Optimize existing content by making text recommendations from incorporating targeted keywords into the meta and on-page text 
  • Collaborate with SMEs (Marcoms, Product Marketing, Stakeholders) to workshop the optimization of individual pages or page groups, propose SEO recommendations for approval prior to implementation 
  • Ongoing Tracking & Reporting – on global D&I organic performance. Measure impact of technical and content optimizations. Create & prepare reports of individual URLs and aggregates of business segments & brands in preparation for stakeholder / executive presentations. 
  • Monitor Site Crawl results to identify technical crawl issues and provide solution-based recommendations (keyword cannibalization, missing meta-descriptions, duplicate content, broken links, etc.) 
  • Service as In-House SEO Expert & Advocate – advise within the business and collaborating teams to ensure business priorities have top visibility, to guide SEO best practices, provide applied recommendations and solutions, and identify gaps for opportunities 
  • Assist in development and execution of SEO strategies 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communication, business, or related field 
  • 2-3 years of experience in online marketing, web content creation or content management 
  • A creative problem solver, capability to be a self-starter and have thorough attention to detail. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably 1 additional language competency in DE, FR, IT, or ES. 
  • Experience with data analytics or SEO tools (SEMRush, Screaming Monkey, Conductor, Search Metrics, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics) 
  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Applications: SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
