The Strategy & Operations team is seeking a Sr.Manager/Manager to help manage and execute cross-departmental firm initiatives involving the Marketing, Product, Content, and Partnership teams. You are expected to leverage your analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills to help teams prioritize and drive key firm initiatives forward.

The role is highly visible across the company and in particular to the senior leadership of JioSaavn. The Sr.Manager/Manager position will be based out of our Mumbai office.


  • Maintaining detailed project-related data dashboards and analyzing, and extracting key insights to help guide decision-making among cross-department teams
  • Modeling detailed project objective scenarios that help measure the impact of key initiatives
  • Support strategy development using quantitative and qualitative analysis, macro and internal data research
  • Developing and tracking project-specific KPIs for cross-departmental working groups
  • Presenting data-driven, insightful, and compelling recommendations on high priority strategic and operational initiatives
  • Driving execution of recommendations throughout JioSaavn’s fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Staying up to speed on industry best practices as it pertains to the music streaming sector


  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering or related field
  • 6+ years experience in a top-tier management consulting firm or investment bank, and/or relevant experience at a tech company
  • Preferred experience in measuring the impact of marketing campaigns and/or product initiatives
  • Exceptional project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Exceptional proficiency in data analysis and modeling (SQL proficiency a plus)
  • Experience in conducting and presenting quantitative and qualitative analyses and insights with simplicity, clarity, and confidence to various stakeholders including senior/executive management
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships across teams to solve and operationalize complex business problems
  • An entrepreneurial, “roll up your sleeves” attitude and willingness to perform tasks with a range of difficulties from routine tasks to preparing analysis for senior management
  • Experience working with an international team
