We are looking for an exceptional leader in the capacity planning space who has the ability to think big, earn trust and insist on the highest standards. The Senior Manager will be customer-obsessed and possess a desire to hire and develop the best people to ensure the success of the team. You will be an excellent communicator and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. This is a high visbility and high impact role involving frequent discussions with Senior Leadership. You will have end to end responsibility of capacity planning for 8k+ associates spread globally across 10 nodes in India, China, Romania, Poland, Amsterdam and Costa Rica ensuring OpEx optimization and overall SLA management.

You will build and manage a large multi-national team of analysts and leaders and support a worldwide network of compliance operations. In this strategic role, the successful candidate will define metrics, goals and strategic direction across functional/ operations area in support of overall group vision, and determine location requirements by analysing forecasting / planning factors, such as Service Level Agreements (SLAs), staffing capacity, inflow volumes and patterns, workforce management systems and staffing productivity.

Key job responsibilities

The Successful Candidate Will

  • Build and lead the WW short-term planning/WFM team.
  • Create short-term execution plans for business by managing trade-offs between Customer Experience/Service Levels, Employee Experience, and Cost Effectiveness
  • Mitigate capacity risks by managing dependencies across multiple operating units and sites. Clearly communicate dependencies and manage/track expectations
  • Manage the analysis of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of C-Ops performance via Key Performance Indicators
  • Key Stakeholder/Influencer/Business Owner for workforce management decision support systems capabilities
  • Lead new product launches from a detailed C-Ops staffing perspective.
  • Guide senior leaders on every aspect of short-term supply and demand topics.
  • Analyze drivers of significant forecast misses to continuously improve forecasting.
  • Ensure optimum resource utilization.

Basic Qualifications

  • Several years of Operations/WFM/Planning experience in a high paced and ambiguous environment.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative field (Engineering, Economics, Maths, etc) or MBA strongly preferred.
  • Should be familiar working with large data sets independently and doing the analysis.
  • Strong commitment to exceptional customer experience, and a high level of dedication, enthusiasm, motivation, and persuasive ability in a team and cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent speaking-listening-writing skills, attention to details, proactive self-starter.
  • Ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions.
