  • The candidate would be responsible for setup, management, and execution of our paid acquisition campaigns across different channels including CPC and CPM. The objective is to raise paid marketing to the next level through strategy, operations, testing, analysis, and optimization. PMI would be working with team members such as KAMs, Brand Managers and external stake holders.Key Responsibilities: –
  • Help drive acquisitions through paid marketing initiatives with a focus on major search engines, display networks and video platforms.- Setting up of new acquisition marketing programs, experimenting aggressively, and prioritizing initiatives to scale the number of subscribers on the platform.- End-to-end ownership of strategic and operational initiatives for paid marketing campaigns including budgeting, tracking, creative production, landing page optimization etc.- Report on monthly performance, targets and trend data, sharing key insights with the senior leadership team- Identify market opportunities that will strengthen Himalaya’s foothold.- Develop a model of iterative testing and optimization of all campaigns to drive efficiency in paid spends- Ideate and execute strategies for keyword optimization, campaign restructuring, improved retargeting of the users with the ultimate goal of acquisition and activation on the platforms.- Work closely with other Growth teams to build insights and actionable ideas at a user level- Work closely with the internal content and marketing teams to build the right frameworks that can drive acquisition efforts by micro cohorts and user segmentsKey Competencies: –

  • E-tailer buying and category teams, e-tailer marketing and content teams, supply chain and finance teams Key Competencies, Qualification and Experience: –
  • MBA with up to 3-4 years of experience
  • Significant experience in digital & e-commerce ecosystem
  • Well-versed with Amazon, Flipkart Tools
  • Amazon PI etc
  • Significant experience in brand management / shopper
  • Majority of experience in FMCG / can consider Consumer Durables if strong on other dimensions (
