About the opportunity

The Senior Recruiter will support hiring for our fast-growing organizations, working closely with hiring managers and other company leaders to deliver against hiring goals. This hire will be a key factor in helping the Ontra Talent team meet global hiring goals as we look to double the company size (again!) this year.

We are looking for someone that thrives on recruiting across Corporate/G&A roles, including but not limited to Strategy, Finance, People, Marketing, and Talent, working closely with Director and VP-level hiring managers, and engaging top talent across a range of experience levels. You will be the subject matter expert on your assigned roles, integrating closely with your teams to understand their hiring needs, providing insight on market trends, and developing creative ways to attract and engage talent. The Senior Recruiter will report directly to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition.

What you’ll do
Full-Cycle Recruiting: own candidate lifecycle and ensure a smooth, efficient and positive candidate experience
Pipeline Building: work closely with the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition as well as the Sourcing function to drive candidate pipeline for senior-level and leadership roles; utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Interseller, x-ray searches, referral campaigns, and other methods to engage top talent
Relationship Management: act as a partner, consultant, and adviser to your hiring managers by developing and driving recruiting strategies in highly competitive markets; build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand our vision, culture, and business in order to identify and hire talent that will thrive in our environment
Employer Brand: partner with Talent and Marketing as well as external partners to develop content to drive inbound qualified candidates across multiple mediums; identify creative ways to reach target candidate audiences for your assigned roles
Market Landscape: stay up to date on market trends and candidate attraction strategies to support and inform recruiting strategies

What you’ll bring
Experience: at least 4 years of recruiting experience
Tech Savvy: Experience working with and a desire to learn new recruiting technologies and tools (e.g., Greenhouse or similar ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, and GSuite)
Senior-level stakeholder management: proven background in delivering senior-level candidates for roles reporting into the Director, VP, and C-suite levels
Communication: Ability to effectively connect, engage, and communicate with stakeholders across the business as well as candidates of all levels
Creativity: Ability to think strategically, intuitively solve problems, and adapt quickly to thrive in a fast-paced environment
People-oriented: Excited about a role that’s all about connecting with others and building relationships throughout the hiring process
Competitive & goal-motivated: driven by deadlines and energized by meeting targets

Colorado applicants only: The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $103,000. The total compensation package also includes benefits (as further detailed below) as well as unit-based compensation if applicable. Compensation for other locations may vary.*
