Working as a Technical Recruiter at Michael Page, you will own a varied, stimulating, and challenging role daily. This career will further develop your interpersonal and commercial skills, giving you real opportunities for personal and professional growth.


  • Be responsible for “hunting” new business opportunities and lead generation;
  • Take charge of the process from the interview through the offer stage and close of the sale;
  • Manage your portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new;
  • Search, source, and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resources;
  • Build close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates;
  • Have involvement in the proposal process by developing and pitching proposals;
  • Negotiate Commercial Terms of business and rates.


  • MUST have 2+ years of commercial experience in Staffing & Recruitment;
  • Proven experience owning the entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding;
  • Experience working in a software company with open-source projects;
  • Excellent Job Ad Writing, Recruiting Campaign Management, Search Techniques, etc.;
  • High Energy, determination, and resilience with a proven track record of success;
  • Strong desire to be a top performer within a winning team.
